The Fillmore Historical Museum will take you back to the early days. On the museum grounds you will find several historical buildings which were moved onto our site from other locations. The 1919 Rancho Sespe Bunkhouse contains display rooms with clothing, toys, pictorial collections highlighting the important events in our community, a gift shop and more. Our 1887 Southern Pacific Depot has been restored, and a person can enjoy the displays or use the larger room for events. The 1905 Hinckley House, owned by Dr. and Mrs. Ira Hinckley, is furnished as it would have been in the 1920’s. Don’t miss our Craftsman style garage which houses a 1931 Model A pickup which was assembled by the high school auto shop students and driven in the History Channel’s Great Race.
